At ALANKRIT, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your fashion choices, but if a garment isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 15-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure all items remain unworn, unwashed, and with their original designer tags intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your ALANKRIT account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the apparel is placed in its original packaging; our courier partner will conduct a brief surface check during the scheduled pickup.

• 3.
  Reverse Logistics

  Once your request is approved, a pickup will be organized within 48 hours, and you will receive a tracking link via SMS for the return journey.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
